Peanut Butter Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Making peanut butter chocolate covered strawberries is an easy way to use this seasons strawberries. They are as delicious as plain chocolate covered but with a twist. If you love peanut butter as much as I do, they are especially good. You don’t have to make them just when strawberries are is season. They are great for anytime of year. Make them for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and so on. Bring them to a potluck, family gathering or birthday party.Try transforming them into gift!

All you need to make them are the strawberries, peanut butter and chocolate.

Begin with natural/organic chocolate pieces and 1/2 c. peanut butter. Place in a pan. Wash and prepare strawberries.

In the pan melt the chocolate and peanut butter until melted over low heat.

Once melted, dip strawberries and place on wax paper. You can store in fridge on cookie sheet till chocolate firms.
